Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Physical Book Orders

Processing Time: All physical book orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national/public holidays).

Delivery Timelines:
Within Kerala: Usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: Usually delivered within 4 to 8 business days depending on destination pincode accessibility.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are dispatched using India Post (Registered Book Post/Speed Post) or reliable domestic courier services.
Tracking: Once dispatched, a consignment tracking number or link will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.

2. Digital E-Book Delivery

Instant Access: E-book deliveries are completely digital and automated. No physical shipment will take place.
      Delivery Method: Immediately upon successful payment, a download link will appear on the order confirmation screen. A duplicate download link will also be sent to your registered email address within minutes.
    Link Expiry: For security purposes, e-book download links remain active for **30 days** from the purchase date. Please save your file (.epub or .pdf) to your personal device immediately upon receipt.
     Delivery Issues: If you do not receive the email confirmation within 15 minutes (please check your Spam/Junk folder), or encounter a broken link, email us at [Your Support Email] with your Order ID for prompt re-issuance.
